Fitting Services
We offer two different levels of fitting services. Our Standard fit and a more in depth Retul Fit. The details are described below. Our standard fit is great for someone getting into cycling or wanting to increase comfort and efficiency while helping prevent injury. The Retul fit takes a deeper dive into the analytics and is great for someone looking to maximize every pedal stroke and is data driven.

Retül Fit
Do you want to get the most out of your ride? Whether you are riding across town or across the county, being properly fit on your bike is the best way to maximize your enjoyment and comfort, and minimize your risk of injury. With the repetitive nature of cycling, not being set up correctly can lead to discomfort or injury in a hurry. We understand that not every rider has the same goals, fitness, or body type. That's why our dynamic fit process works to make your bike fit you, not make you fit your bike. Our BG bike fits include a brief rider interview to understand your goals, concerns, and injury history. A detailed physical assessment to further understand your flexability and bio-mechanics. And comprehensive adjustments from head to toe, including knee alignment and handlebar positioning as well as documentation of starting position and finishing position.
RETÜL BIKE FIT: Data Driven, Personally Crafted
Retül Bike Fit makes riding more enjoyable by making you more efficient while reducing the chance of injury and increasing comfort on the bike.
Retül Fit is more than just a bike fit—it’s a way to learn about your body, the root cause of your aches and pains, and how a proper fit will help you achieve your cycling goals.
Using 3D motion capture technology, the Retül system accurately measures every degree of movement and millimeter of distance, providing you and the fitter with data to support the choices made during the fit for your cycling equipment and personal riding experience
Increased Comfort
No matter your level of riding, comfort is crucial for sustaining time spent on the bike.
Injury Prevention
The correct position keeps your body aligned on the bike, helping to prevent injuries.
Performance
An optimal position not only increases comfort—it maximizes both power and endurance.
How it works:
Step 1
Starting with a pre-fit physical assessment, your fitter will take into account your body’s limitations, previous injuries and pains, and your goals on the bike.
Step 2
From there, the fitter will have you get on the bike (either your existing bike or fit bike) to place LED markers on 8 anatomical points of your body which will be tracked by the Retül Vantage Motion Capture system. The Retül Vantage system is used to collect real-time, three-dimensional data from each pedal stroke creating a dynamic fit experience.
Step 3
The real-time data is compiled into the Retül fit software so that the fitter can look at the numbers and dial you into your perfect riding position.
Step 4
Once you and your fitter have dialed in your final bike position, the fitter will create a digital map of your final bike set up using the Retül Zin tool. The bike data and Zin tool measurements are generated into a complete fit report that you can reference at any time after the fit.
