Whether you are riding across town or across the county, being properly fit on your bike is the best way to maximize your enjoyment and comfort, and minimize your risk of injury. With the repetitive nature of cycling, not being set up correctly can lead to discomfort or injury in a hurry. We understand that not every rider has the same goals, fitness, or body type. That's why our dynamic fit process works to make your bike fit you, not make you fit your bike. Our BG bike fits include a brief rider interview to understand your goals, concerns, and injury history. A detailed physical assessment to further understand your flexability and bio-mechanics. And comprehensive adjustments from head to toe, including knee alignment and handlebar positioning as well as documentation of starting position and finishing position.

Our goal is to have your bike ready to ride with all the changes made during your appointment. To ensure enough time, we set aside a three hour time block for bike fits.  Since we set aside personal, uninterrupted time for fittings, we are not able to take appointments on weekends or Tuesdays.  We understand that you are taking time out of your schedule, so we like to be flexible in our start times.

 We can start an appointment any time that works for you on Monday's between 10:30am-5pm, Wednesday's between 10:30am-3pm, Thursday's between 10:30am-2pm, and Friday's between 10:30am-3pm.
