Ski Pugsley
No, not a pugsley on skis, but rather an awesome xc ski transporting machine! A little bit of creativity and an afternoon, and we’ve got our shop pugsley all set for winter ride and ski action.
Co-Motion Speedster
Check out our first Co-Motion tandem.
Built up with Ultegra 6700 10-speed and some nice big Avid disc brakes, this tandem with its custom orange to white to purple fade paint job is super slick. Lets hope for an early spring so this tandem can get out and enjoy the roads!
Macbride XC Ski Trail Work Day
Sunday Dec. 4th @ 9am at the MRNA trailhead parking lot.
Anyone interested in helping prep the xc ski trails for this years ski season would be welcomed tomorrow at a ski trail work day.
Goals:
- penninsula work – hopefully widen trail by a foot on each side
- walk the trails – clear off sticks and debris
- rut removal and touch up work on the trails
What to bring: (write your name on ‘em!)
- Gloves
- Chainsaws
- Loppers
- Pruners
- Small hand saws
- Shovels
Z’Moonlander Has Z’Landed!
Today we had a MoonMan Sam show up from the deep-space galaxies where Surly bases their intergalactic headquarters. His SpaceBOAT6000DeluxeLTD spaceship was amazing.
This Moon Man delivered us a replacement for a Purple-People Eating Pugs that has been put into official single speed usuage. This Z’ Moonlander is going to be running a 1 X 14 via a Rohloff Speedhub. MoonMan Sam also brought us a set of the Z’ClownShoe rims from the crazy Clown planet from the Circusosium Galaxy.
Seriously, this Moonlander is beautiful in the sun. SPARKLY!
