Old Pi to New Pi Ride – Chamois Time #2 – Bike to Work Week

Wednesday, May 16th is a busy day.

First thing this morning, we had a Bike to Work Week Commuter Breakfast partnering with the city of University Heights. Thanks to everyone who came down!

Tonight, also offers to great events. Join cyclists and commuters of all types for the Old Pi to New Pi ride. A fun ride from New Pi Co-op in Iowa City at 5:30p starting at Chauncey Swan Park to New Pi Co-op in Coralville. With live music, food, and door prizes, this free ride is always a good time.

Additionally, the ladies of ICCC are putting on another of their fantastic Chamois Time races. The second in the 2012 series, tonights race is a crit at the peninsula off of Foster Rd. Registration is from 5:30p – 6:15p, with races from 6:30 – 7:55, as always their race promises to be a great time.

Any way you do it, get out and ride your bike on this beautiful early summer Wednesday in Iowa City!

We brought this little 2000 or 2001 Specialized Hardrock back to life with some new parts and a fresh paint job. We think it turned out awesome!

Po Campo & Skirt Sports Trunk Show – Monday, May 14th – 7pm (ish)

Two of our favorite companies, Po Campo and Skirt Sports are having a trunk show after the Ladies Ride this Monday, May 13th.

The ICCC ladies have a nice 15 mile ride planned, leaving at 5:45p. After which Po Campo and Skirt Sports will show off some new styles and products. 7pm is a soft time, show will start at the return of the Ladies Ride.
