After a long wait JD’s MootoX RSL 29er has been completed. It was an amazingly fun build from start to finish. Chris King goodies abound, highlighted by the in-set headset pressed into the oversized 44mm head tube. A brand new 2012 Fox Float 29 fork and Sram XX pressfit 30 mountain double crankset complement the SRAM XO drivetrain and Avid Juicy Ultimate brakes. The Moots ti setback seatpost and Salsa carbon flat bars will only enhance the already incredible ride quality of the frame. JD’s personal touch comes with the Ergon GX1 grips in team green. Look out for this amazing machine out at upcoming endurance races in the upper midwest.
